I don't know that I will stay here again but this has nothing to do with the staff. While we were sleeping sometime after midnight, loud music playing right outside of our room woke us up, along with cigarette smell. A men was standing right outside blasting music on his phone and smoking. We asked him if he can stop his music, which he denied he was playing. We closed the door and try calling the front desk but the phone in the room was not working so we called from our cell phone. The woman in the front desk I believe went outside and told him to stop playing his music, however this ruined our sleep and we were not able to sleep in peace for the rest of the night.

Staff was super nice and easily accessible. Our only concern we expressed to them was our bathroom. Although it seemed to clean, there were some mold issues that could just use some bleach to kill it. It’s in a lit area comfortable area. I will use this location again.

One of the cleanest places I’ve booked! Front desk lady super nice and friendly, room neat and not smelly, carpet clean with no stains. In general a very good place to stay with children!

Staff was wonderful. Only problem is that there were crumbs all along the bed, and there was old popcorn under the chair cushion. Otherwise everyone was so helpful and it was great.

The room was pretty gross. The baseboard was missing on half the room so just glue was left, bathroom floor was dirty, but worst of all was the disgusting bug on the wall when we woke up. Had we seen that the bight before we wouldnt have stayed

Check in was difficult. the automatic front door was jamming. Outside the door was a narrow sidewalk and a high curb. The wind blew the cart over onto my wife, hurting her while she was trying to manage it. Later we had to use a heavy side door that was hard to hold open as we were coming and going through our stay. The room was neglected. The toilet was wobbly when you sat. The walk-in shower was dirty, the floor had not been scrubbed. There was mold in all four corners of the stall. There was no grab bar in the shower for safety's sake, this was an important failing. The bathroom was way too dark. The TV remote did not work properly, it was not until the third night of our stay that it was rectified. The manager was especially un-helpful, all she did was offer excuses and even lied, she made apologies but they were insincere. I felt she was blowing me off, especially when I was reporting some physical problems I was having. The first night I followed the sign that led to the end of my 3rd floor room hall to the ice machine, it was turned off. I had to walk all over the motel looking for ice and my bad knees were paining me terrible. I ended up at the front desk and was directed to the ice machine on that floor, it was empty. I was told that it had not been reset. An item of fact, the five nights we stayed at this motel there was no ice available, morning or night. It felt like everything was being done as cheaply as possible and at the customers expense.

I don’t think our shower was cleaned. There were dried water spots on the glass door and the wall tiles. Need a good update. The breakfast on Friday was disgusted. Black burned bacon, super dried link sausage. We went out for breakfast. I have a picture of the breakfast if needed.

Had to wait 10 minutes in the cold, tiny lobby to check in bc the person was away from the desk. The room was fine, but the tv remote didn't work. We requested help and they gave us a new remote that did work but they only had Samsung tv, no cable so there wasn't really anything to watch anyway.

Positives: hotel and room were clean, breakfast was good with plenty of choices and staff was friendly and helpful. Negatives: no coffee pot in the room! Fridge froze my food and drinks, doors slam shut which is very loud and will most likely wake you up if you're asleep, black out curtain in my room was broken and left a 6 inch gap for light to come in and the elevator has a high pitched beeping at every floor that sounds like a smoke detector making it hard to sleep. Things not in the hotels control: loud truck traffic noise from the facing street and 3 train tracks very close by that blare their horn all night long. Sometimes every 20 minutes! I highly suggest ear plugs! Overall, hotel, staff and amenities were good. Everything was clean and smelled fresh with no odors. Building is solid so you don't hear other guests walking in the hallway, in neighboring rooms or overhead. Big heads up if you are sensitive to vehicle or mechanical noises. My first night would have been a lot better if I had known!
