Beautiful new hotel is located in a great location; close to all the eateries, coffee shops, night markets. Spacious clean room with items including shampoo, conditioners, body gel, toothbrushes, slippers and robes. Delicious breakfast is provided daily. Every staff members were professional, extremely helpful, and courteous. Highly recommended. Very pleased with our stay. Definitely will return again.

Charming property located within walking distance from shopping and a short tuk tuk ride from old town. Enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast by the pool and views of it from our royal grand deluxe room that included extras, such as travel amenities and snacks.

I have never had such an welcoming and comfortable hotel stay. Every component of our stay was focused on our comfort and experience. We checked in on New Years Eve, and there was an amazing special meal for the occasion, followed by a local (in the hotel) show of fireworks and Thai dance, followed by a champagne toast of the New Year at Chiang Mai's Royal Gardens (2558 pieces, based on the year). And when that wasn't going on, we sat by the Koi pond, the most peaceful spot I have ever seen....

That was our first time in Chaing Mai, We travelled to Thailand to celebrate our Honeymoon and We had a wonderful welcome to the Hotel, the Stuff, Managment and the Food were exceptional. Everyone were friendly, caring, even the Chef made sure we were satisfied with our meals, which were amazingly creative and delicious. It is a very beautiful resort, the service is beyond expectations. The rooms are quite big and comfortable, the common areas are also quite nice. The location is quite convenient. I would definitely stay again!

This is my second stay at the hotel is is conveniently located. The staff is courteous, efficient and accommodating. The room and facilities are well maintained and clean. The club level option was an very good value. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful stay...very attentive to guests!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rody at the front desk, as well as the entire concierge staff were very helpful and arranged everything, from airport transfer, tour packages, dinner reservations, etc perfectly and with warm smile and chat. I had a great time. The dim sum restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced.

This hotel met all of my expectations. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The room was very clean with a nice coffee shop in the front driveway of the property for which they give you 2 free beverages per day.

Stayed for five weeks. Staff wonderful. Loved buffet breakfast, and Executive Lounge. Beautiful lobby and entry. Everything needed in room, including fridge, microwave, dishes. Excellent wifi. Great swimming pool and exercise center. Comfortable bed. Quiet, despite proximity to airport. I miss the place already.

This hotel is a charming sanctuary in a hidden garden. I recommend upgrading to a casita where you have your own cottage. It is absolutely perfect! The meals for both breakfast and dinner were fantastic too! BTW, they include a transport van from the airport which will save you a lot of money. This place is a gem and the staff treat you like family. Lastly, the small adjacent temple was very cool too!

Great hotel. Walkable to Chiang Mai Sunday Market and many temples, restaurants, etc. Friendly and attentive staff - helped immensely with booking tours, etc. Great food in hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
