pricy, not well maintained but excellent service!

have been in this 5 star resort for the last days of our thailand travel. expected for the price (200 EUR per night) higher standard in terms of facilities and cleanliness. glasses in room were not cleaned from previous guests so tooth paste staints and coffee leftovers were in the glasses. service itself was really good however it seems like they are understaffed. Mr. New was super nice and tried to care a lot by handling breakfast, check out and even driving golf cart from reception to exit of hotel. all staff super nice just facilities bit old and not well maintained.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They made my stay very enjoyable. My only problem was that the mattress on the bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise i rate the hotel as excellent.

This is an amazing Boutique Hotel just outside the old city. Very private and secluded. The staff was very friendly and our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast on our Studio terrace was delicious and the cooking class so much fun!! We hope to come back soon.

This was hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. I was there on honeymoom, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. My only regret is not staying longer.

Gem in Chiang Mai

The hotel is stunning. It feels like you are staying in a wealthy Thai king's home. It really is a special place. There are only 11 rooms so it truly feels like you have this amazing space to yourself.

早朝、隣家の？ニワトリが゛コケコッコー゛と大きな鳴き声を何度も上げた。おかげでゆっくり寝ていられなかった。廊下から室内に入る際、段差があり、躓いてしまった。室内にも段差があった。朝食に付いてくるフルーツは、☆５ランクのホテルとしてはお粗末。外出には不便なロケーションなので付属のレストランで夕食を済ませた。美味しかったが値段もハイクラスだった。

Imagine you had just won the euromillions lottery. You decide to build a sumptuous Thai villa in classical Thai style near but totally secluded from the city of Chiang Mai, with only a single security guard to alert you to the entrance behind large gates. You build 11 bedrooms/suites for guests and employ 30 staff to attend to your every need. You request that breakfast never be at a set time or place, it’s your house after all. When guests are few it reverts to your private house but if on your own can be a little daunting. You request dinner to be either Thai or Italian but when few guests it can be preferable to dine out, David’s kitchen being an excellent choice. Swimming eating and drinking cocktails in a very relaxed setting is usually the order of the day

Hidden Paradise

What a fantastic unique boutique resort. You are treated like a king and queen from the moment you arrive. All the amenities and services are explained by personal tour of the complex. Only 11 guestrooms to experience that special touch! From the cool jasmine tea on arrival to the special delicacies and drinks in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The breakfast is unbelievable and you can choose to have in your room, the restaurant or anywhere within the resort amongst a beautiful garden setting. Hope to be back soon!

庭の雰囲気は南国らしく、部屋も快適でした。スタッフは親切でにこやかで過ごしやすかったです。チェンマイは何処のホテルもそうかも知れませんが、空港が近いので飛行機の音は気になります。テレビの配線と、裏側ですが窓から見える庭の配管はもう少し見えないように処理してあると、より良く思います。チェンマイに行くなら、また泊まっても良いなと思います。

Paradijsje in Thailand

Na 5 weken backpacken in Vietnam en Thailand hebben we onszelf 3 nachten cadeau gegeven om uitgerust weer naar huis te gaan. Wat een heerlijk verblijf, zacht ruim bed, veel aandacht voor details en het zelf kunnen bepalen hoelaat en waar je kan ontbijten, genieten. Een keer niet de wekker zetten. De sfeer is rustig, zwembad mooi en schoon, de kamer erg ruim en voorzien van alle luxe die je kan bedenken. Als we weer in Chiang Mai zijn komen we zeker terug.

honeymoon trip at chiang mai

I have this trip with my wife. The hotel arranged the driver to greet us at Chiang Mai International Airport. When we entered hotel, the staff offered welcome drink and snacks. We felt so warm and just like we came back home. Everything is good, the staff are helpful and nice, the spa is pretty good as well. Highly recommend to stay again.

This is a lovely boutique hotel set away from the hustle and bustle of central Chiang Mai. I was at the tail end of my Thailand adventure and this was a great retreat for me. Only 11 suites at this resort, but they have all the features of a larger hotel. Restaurant was excellent, get the spring rolls, massage was very nice as well. What really stands out is the service, all staff is there to please. They assisted with tours, arranged transportation and also simply were good conversationalists. I highly recommend a stay here, it’s a treat.
