The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was located at a convient location which is close to mall and lots of good restaurants. The only suggestion is to have more seats and spaces for guests in the lobby instead of taking spaces for selling local products. Overall with such a reasonable price, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and general condition of the hotel are good. However, there is insufficient soundproofing to prevent the loud noise of overhead aircraft.

Very good service and near Shopping Places , many food shop street food , bar and restaurants such as Maya , One Nimman, Think Park. This hotel for Beakfast it is ok but not serve Northern food and a few food , bread , and salad. I love the bed is very comfortable. I will come again.

Great hotel to make good trip

It iş wonderful living experience in Chiang mai. We lived four days in this hotel. They support me to communicate with grap driver and food delivery because I pin the wrong place for food delivery. The room size is nice and we booked two rooms as family type. The breakfast is amazing good. We like it and enjoy all dishes for rice,noodle,eggs,etc. Everything is prefect and we will book this hotel for next time.

Wonderful front desk staff; always kind and helpful. Thank you to management / housekeeping for providing a sweet anniversary decoration! Room was spacious and clean. Daily breakfast service was decent. Free parking. Near the mall & lots of eateries. Initially we booked the “Couple Mai” but didn’t realize it was tub only. Luckily, front desk was efficient and moved us to another room with a shower. We enjoyed our stay here & definitely would recommend based on the great service :)

Lovely boutique hotel, close to Nimman

Great boutique hotel. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Some areas of the room needed renovation which the hotel was actually in process with half of their rooms currently being redecorated it seems. Otherwise, the room was exactly as shown in the pictures, need was very comfortable. Location is excellent, just a minutes walk to Nimman road and plenty of food options nearby. My only criticism would be the balcony, as it was unusable due to having astroturf laid which had accumulated dust and dirt but with no way to drain away, it becomes a damp muddy strip of floor and renders the balcony redundant.

The worst living experience ever had!

The worst living experience ever had! Very noicy at night with the flight flying over whole night around every 10 minutes! Very poor breadfast! Can't take it any more and leave the other day immediately with no refund at all!
