Friendly but noisy

Was incredibly noisy as under the flight path. Internet was not very good. Staff were great and friendly. Room was nice.

It's worth a look

Extended my stay due to pandemic and chiang Mai bring safer than other locations. The room was decent, though the in-room safe needed replacing and the air con in the living room started to leak water into the living room. There was also an issue with ants invading the kitchen area. The staff were quick to address all the issues and assist with some business I needed to take care of. It's a decent hotel in a great location that's dealing with a global pandemic. For the value for money, I could and have done a lot worse.

Good value for the money

The location is excellent, staff are very helpful and attentive and while the hotel is showing its age a bit, and the quality of the sofa and chairs aren't high quality, if you're looking for a place within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants, as well as parks and night life, you could do a lot worse. The place isn't perfect but it's good enough that after 13 nights, when plans changed, I decided to book another 9 nights rather than look elsewhere. I'd book here again, too.

広いリビングと広いベッドルーム。広いバスルーム。部屋は家族で住めそうな程広く、収納も充分ありました。小さなバルコニーには洗濯物も少しだけ干せる。 ホテルは空港からもアクセスがよく、30TBHでバスで簡単に着きます。美味しいレストランやカフェ、ショッピングのアクセスも良かった。 場所の割に広く、お手頃価格だがベッドの上にも、バスルームにも小さい茶色の蟻が何匹もいます。 バスルームにはバスタブもあるが、清潔には見えないのでシャワーしか使わなかったがシャワーは水圧が弱い上に温かいお湯がでるまで5分程かかる。 髪を洗ったり身体を洗う間節水でお湯を止めると次にまたお湯が出てくるまでまた5分程かかる。 2月のチェンマイで濡れた身体でお湯が出るのを待つのは寒かった。タオルはとても白く綺麗で清潔でした。残念なのは部屋のあかり。冷蔵庫みたいな青白い蛍光灯でした。 使ったカップとスプーンは洗われてシンクの台に下向きに乾かされていたが、シンク台が綺麗とは限らないので衛生上新しいものに毎日交換してほしい。

長期滞在でも快適な時間が過ごせます。

チェンマイ滞在時はいつもこのホテルと決めています。 ニマンヘミン通りに面していて、近所には飲食店や大きなショッピングモールもあり生活に便利です。 今回は二週間の滞在でしたが、快適な時間が過ごせました。 もともとは分譲マンションとして建てられたそうで、部屋は60平米以上あり寝室・バス・トイレ他にキッチンやリビングルームも付いています。　１階には日系の居酒屋があり何度も利用したし、マッサージルームでは快適なタイ式マッサージが受けられます。 フロントの方とも顔なじみ、チェックアウトの際は皆さんで見送りをしてくれました。こんなフレンドリーな対応が魅力のホテルです。

Big room with very reasonable pricr

Massive room, clean but a bit old. Amazing location, parking available, staffs are nice and helpful. If you want to stay around nimman area with big room this hotel is what you looking for.

A little bit older but clean condominium type hotel. When I pulled out the key card for going out, the refrigerator's electricity was also turned off, so I asked the front desk staff to fix the room's electrical wiring mistakes, and they solved the problem quickly.

部屋も広く従業員もフレンドリーで快適な滞在が出来ます。

チェンマイ滞在の際はここに決めています。形態はサービスアパートメントですが、ホテルと同様24時間フロント対応が出来るし毎日のルームメイクもしてくれます。 部屋は広く今回宿泊した部屋は60平米以上ありました、簡易キッチンもあって料理も可能です。従業員の方とも顔見知りとなり快適な滞在となりました。

Recommended hotel, inexpensive, will come back

One word I can say about this hotel, "I LOVE IT". From the cost of staying here which is very reasonable, the hotel condition which quite new, the spaciousness of the room and the location, location and location which is my most favorite. This hotel locates right at Nimman street where all the nightlife, restaurants and cute coffee shops are. I would totally stay here again whenever I visit Chiangmai.
