"Perfect for the price, room smelled good, nothing fancy, but comfortable"

"Rooms are horribly outdated. Carpet full of stains. Windows not opening. Shoddy repair work visible all over room especially tub caulking was everywhere. A 32in TV mounted across room on wall with the screen size setting leaving a 3in border so now screen is even smaller. Went to make coffee in room. No regular coffee both packets decaf. Did not matter the location of coffee maker had no outlets? Desk staff unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant are awesome however. I would recommend just hitting it for a dinner and drinks or the live entertainment. Beware entering and using the rail. They used extrusion aluminum cut to length and did not grind the ends. I cut my hand on it. How this hotel passed inspection is beyond me. Our room the entry door and bathroom door both opened toward each other causing them to hit and block each other. This is a serious code violation with the fire Marshall."

"The original room we had was reeking cigarette smoke and the bathroom faucet was broken. Also, housekeeping missed our room twice. But we were offered a different and better room and housekeeping finally came to our room on the last night. If not for the helpfulness of front desks Christian and Donald, hot breakfast every day with good variety, pool and 24/7 gun included, it would have been a terrible overall stay."

"The floor was extremely sticky and gross. The shower was not cleaned well. The curtains didn’t close so we had extremely bright room at night. There were several incidents of load banging on the floor above us that was never addressed by staff even though we told them. The breakfast was disgusting."
