Everything was absolutely perfect! From the kindness and pleasantness of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Down to the little extras such as shower cap, makeup remover wipes, etc… Nothing was out of place and this place felt so wonderful in every way! I loved staying here and look forward to doing so again! Thank you for providing such a lovely stay.

We loved our time at the Iris Hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially Daniel. The hotel and our room were spotless and there was lots of space to move around and store luggage etc. We navigated the trams with ease and didn’t worry about a 5 day pass - we just tapped in and out with our phones. And it’s a 3 min walk to the nearest tram stop.

The location is very close to a Trader Jo’s and many restaurants. The hotel staff was amazing and willing to help with any needs. We forgot a toothbrush and they ran it up to us right away. The room had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, perfect for 3 adults and a teenager. It also had a refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, Nespresso machine and microwave

Clean, quiet and convenient location close to schools and the T. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. My only complaint is the $55 per night parking fee which we avoided by parking offsite.

The hotel is in great location, nice food places and stores to go in walking distance. Everyone working at the hotel was amazing, really helpful. They treat you super well, great people. We loved our stay, definitely our top choice for staying in Boston!
