"Yeah, we really had a great time at Rams house. It's beautiful. The views are impressive. Being able to look out over San Jose every night was amazing. The weather's always amazing up there. It was cool and fresh, lots of breezes. The house is very well decorated and very comfortable, and we love the sliding glass doors—you could open them up and let the breeze come through the house, and it really made it nice. So great location and great house!"

"We had such an amazing experience at Posada el Quijote. Prior to arrival, Fernando helped us secure a great deal on a car rental with a company that was conveniently able to do pickup/drop-off at the hotel for no extra charge. The property is a beautiful old private home that has been converted to a boutique hotel with tons of character. Our room was very quiet, daily freshly prepared breakfast was delightful, the pool was lovely, and all staff were fantastic. Fernando was super helpful in assisting us find alternative accommodations when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay in San Jose as Quijote was fully booked. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to San Jose!"

"The room was clean but needs updates such as moskito screens in window about door and a working air fan in the bathroom. The grounds and plants are a bit neglected "

"We stayed 2 nights, and for the most part it was good. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Family Studio Suite, which was very nice, but required going down 75 steps (yes, I counted...), which was hard since I have problems with my knees. The only other down side was that the hot water was sporatic, which I sort of expected after reading other reviews. There WAS hot water to shower several different times, but several other times there was not. I don't know what the issue was. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing."
