The room was very nice, the hot tub was great, and the owner was really friendly. He even sat with me during breakfast and gave great tips on what to do and where to go. I stayed a few nights and would definitely come back. Thank you Thomas!

It is a very good deal but you have to compromise the location. It felt a little unsafe. Staff is very helpful with a great attitude. If you are on a budget and don't mind surroundings this i your place.

Very Nice Hotel Near the Center

Very nice hotel near the center of San José with friendly and helpful staff. This is an older house very nicely done up and with furniture to match its period. There's also a small pool and a small outside area off the street.

Perfect for us! We wanted a boutique, unique hotel experience in the heart of San Jose, and the hotel Santo Thomas delivered! The place is beautiful, quiet, and very welcoming. The staff was exceptional, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We plan to return to San Jose in a few months, and will definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect and the staff was truly incredible. The rooms were spacious and the location was perfect for us. Restaurants were nearby and downtown was a short walk. But, the most amazing part was the staff. My mom had left her phone in the room after check out. Keyling, the front desk attendant, immediately called me letting me know and found a quick solution to get my mom’s phone back to us at the airport! Yes the hotel was great but having a staff look out for you and care is priceless. Thank you again Keyling! And next time we are in San Jose, we will be here!

Check in was very easy and the gentleman checking us in was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms (we rented 3) had everything we needed and were very clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The outdoor facilities were beautiful and had a nice dining area.
