The staff is excellent specially Alfonso and Alberto. Good location. The management is very attention to detail; at night they give you a lavender sachet in the day they give you complimentary Nestcafe coffee machine access. The food at the restaurant is delicious at a gourmet level with a fare price. They also have live DJ at the bar. I loved everything about this hotel!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday in San Jose June 26-30th and this property alone was outstanding but the staff especially the night crew was amazing! AC Escazu Hotel, high end but good value.

Very comfortable hotel, spacious and well appointed rooms and lobby. Great location, many high end shops close by. Fairly convenient to San Jose and the airport. Great display of vintage sports cars!
