"This place was exactly like the pictures, very clean, comfortable beds (the listing says 1 king bed1 single bed, but it is 2 king beds), well furnished and a lovely patio. Communication was excellent and they even accommodated us for an early check-in request. Paid parking lot at reasonable rates a short walk away was also a plus.The only downside was that this location was very noisy and nearly impossible to sleep at given the proximity to the street car track directly out front. "The manager of the property was very responsive if i had questions. The property could have been cleaned a little better, especially the gaming area. But overall it wasnt too bad. The heat was the biggest issue. The temp got down to 38F and it was rayher cold. There is not a central heat system. You have to use space heaters. Its a large space so it was difficult to regulate. Thebpool was still closed and the back yard looked a little neglected. No sitting area, just some dirty outdoor chairs....
