「Nice hotel, nice breakfast, great location and I have stayed there many times. The bad part is that they now charge for parking for the first time, which is ridiculous. You can park on the street or anywhere around the hotel for free. For some reason, with booking the hotel on Expedia, I was able to avoid the parking fees. When. I was checking out, the hotel clerk said, "I don't know how you avoided the parking fees!" And I said, "Good! See you later. " Then I left the hotel.」

「今回初めての利用でしたが、十分満足のいくものでした。お部屋の掃除も行き届いているし、アメニティーなども不足は無いと思われます。 食事、買い物なども立地条件が良く、程よい距離で済ませることが出来ました。 朝食も私共には必要にして十分な物が置かれていて、時間も朝6時前には全て準備されていました。 今後も利用したいと思います。 」

「The cleaning folks were clearly doing as best as they could considering the property itself was in such poor repair. You could see the years (yes, years) of deferred maintenance. The bathtub had new tiles, but the grout and the caulk was so poorly adhered that it was not possible to clean. Both were in pieces and the bottom of the bathroom door and the trim around it was falling apart. The bathtub had pieces missing. The temperature control box for the HVAC did not work at all. 「Bed and bedding are top notch. Ample parking. Friendly staff that go above and beyond. Clean and comfortable. Pool towels and afternoon chocolate chip cookies a pleasant surprise.」

「スタッフの対応、施設、ロケーション等々、ほぼ理想通りの環境でした。 難は２点。 ランドリーがなかったこと。 ホテルインフォメーションにはあると書いてあったのですが、フロントに聞いたらないと。長い滞在だったのでランドリーの有無は重要でした。２ブロック先のコインランドリーを利用しましたが、ないならないと書いて頂きたかった。 WiFiの接続が弱いこと。 日によるのかもしれませんが、繋がらない時は接続画面さえ出ないことも。改善を期待します。」

「There are 40 rooms and only 10 parking spots. Had to ride around downtown area for 15 minutes before found someone in street parking pulling out to get a spot. Then had to walk 4 blocks back to hotel!! Never heard of a hotel that did not provide parking. ☹️. Also private party at hotel so lounge and restaurant were not available to hotel guests. Then private party noise kept us up until after midnight. Not a great experience at all.」

「Wonderful, quiet oasis within walking distance of public beach, state park, kayak launch docks, manatee tours, downtown shopping and restaurants. Clean rooms with simple amenities amd basic complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here!」
