「I have not stayed at this marina since the hurricane and the property had been refurbished with new cabins versus the old hotel. That said, the property is in a prime location for the river. The docks are in fantastic shape, The lodging options with the cabins are perfect in my opinion. You could tell the staff really care and from the start of check-in to the moment I left. Someone is always around to try to help you that says a lot given my recent trip was during the Fourth of July weekend...

「I love small older family owned hotels and this was the best of the best. Wonderful staff and owner, nice room, great pool and it is on a hill looking down onto the riverfront where they have a bait, tackle and gift store with a restaurant inside for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast there both days, it was very good with homemade biscuits. You can put your boat in right there, and several other restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay and they have a full coffee pot in each...
