Private cottage with resort pool, tennis courts, petting zoo, playground, fire pits, beach volleyball and dedicated boat slip and cleaninng station steps away. Relax in the open living area, cook in the full kitchen, then unwind on the screened porch. Enjoy free WiFi, smart TV, and on-site parking with trailer parking at the resort. Two cozy bedrooms (1K, 2 Q) sleep up to six guests in comfort.

**A separate property management agreement and ID with $300 refundable hold for damages is required to complete the booking of this property through the property management software after booking through the OTA**

Never gets old

We’ve been visiting the Peach House for years and it never gets old. The owners continue to invest in the house and it comfortably fits a family - it’s clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. The Landing is idyllic with its moss-draped trees, manicured grounds, and charming paths and bridges. This is the place we come when we need a breather from it all. The slow pace invites quality time with family: we scallop or fish, enjoy the pickleball court, and play board games in the evening.

Th peach house was a terrific place to stay! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The hosts were great at getting back to us nearly immediately when we had questions and the home was well stocked! If we go back, we’d stay there again!

Landings

Such a charming neighborhood! My eight year old loved the petting zoo, playground and pool. The neighbors were so friendly. It was a short trip for us as we had some things to do in another town but would love to go back and fully enjoy all the amenities and spend some time on the river. The house was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and reading.

We had a wonderful time in this cute cottage. It had everything you needed. The beds were so comfortable and it was vert clean. Loved sitting out side on the pourch and was in walking distance of the fire pit. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful location perfect place to have a family vacation!

The host was very responsive during our stay, the house was as pictured in post. The Peach house is comfy. We very much enjoyed our stay. This is our 3rd trip to Steinhatchee, our 2nd time staying at the Landings. The Landings is the ideal family vacation spot. The amenities offer something for everyone!

It's a nice place to stay.

I liked everything about it. It's very tight driving through the subdivision lots of tight corners and all the places looked the same. Don't tow a trailer or a boat through the subdivision after dark.
