「host was very welcoming and very communicative! i appreciated how much he reached out in the event i needed anything. i just wish the place was a bit more clean. the linens that we used felt very felt clean, but the environment could have been better. there was visible dirt and things around that didn’t make the space feel as nice. other than that, i really liked the host and the location is awesome.」

「This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side,but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this.」

「Perfect small apartment for me and my cat while in Gainesville for a week, so that kitty could get treated at UF Small Animal Hospital (less than 10 easy minutes away). Nice neighborhood setting, quiet and woodsy. Host Adel was very helpful at check-in and getting WiFi set up.」
