"2nd time we've stayed here in Perry for a Scalloping season long weekend out of Steinhatchee, FL. Hotel quality and cleanliness is up to the standard that Holiday Inn sets. We tow a boat with us and they have pull through LONG parking to accommodate. Clean room, clean bedding with mattresses of good quality. Pillows go a bit flat but they give you plenty of them. Pool is great with a grill available to use! Breakfast items are typical for most hotels but it saves us 50$-100$ a day when we're not eating at FF or a sit-down restaurant for 4 teens (that EAT) and 2 adults. Will come back again next June!! "

"We rented this place for our daughter’s 4th birthday because she wanted to camp, swim, kayak etc… our fave part was setting up the projector movie night and then she camped on the deck with dad. Away from the bugs and grass but still the experience of camping. Pac man was enjoyed by everyone. The hosts had excellent communication. House was great! Close to the river and springs, fire pit and more. Wish we could have stayed longer to hang around the hammocks and stuff but there’s so much to do we never got the chance! Lol thank you for the memories!"

"We needed a place to stop on our drive to South Florida with a kitchen. I was able to cook for myself, we slept well, it's a quiet area, but close to town so my family was able to eat at a good restaurant, The Gathering. The kids enjoyed the arcade, too."

"Perfect vacation getaway. Spring across the river was like a hideaway serenity. Host was very responsive at all time. Check in was smooth as can be. I wouldve like having a tv in the bedroom as i am a white noise sleeper but thats the only thing i would change. "

"This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return. Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms. Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean) So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable Average: "
