Besides him everyone else said hi and good morning before any other sentence. I would stay again property is very clean rooms are cozy and its very quiet. Plus there is a shopping plaza right next to it that pretty much has everything! And across the street there is two gas stations. The water park is a walking distance from there or just a minute with the car! "

"Very quiet, very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioner wasn’t working the first night but the owner quickly fixed it. We also found that the dryer wasn’t working as well but I’m sure it has been quickly repaired as well. There was good communication between owner and guests. The owner, Brad, had provided everything a guest might need by thoughtfully placing items such as toothpaste, in drawers. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here and would love to book this again on a return visit to Spring Hill. "
