Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. 「Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.」

「The apartment looked great. It was a nice change from a hotel room. There was even a washer/dryer. So convenient! Downfall was a bed with a cement mattress, a sofa that was so uncomfortable to sit in, and a casual chair to go with the uncomfortable sofa. Not one chair to sit in and relax. Other than that FANTASTIC. Great location. Just far enough from the attractions in Nashville, and still close enough to get where we wanted to go within 10 minutes. 」

「This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. 「The property was very nice and easy to get to. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The traffic noise is very loud at night, even with the noise machine. The beds were ok, the sheets were kind of scratchy. The floor was dirty if you were walking barefoot. The bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels. Accessing the property was easy as well. My only concerns were that 1. I wasn't 100% sure about parking. Turned out fine -- but I was nervous because there was no signage. 2. Someone was blowing leaves in the courtyard right outside the window on the property before 8 a.m. I'm sure I'm not the only person who was awakened much...

「Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. 」
