Luxurious and elegant with too soft bed

This hotel truly felt luxurious. Very small, so few people coming and going. I loved the earplugs on the nightstands, the water/ice machine in the little lobby, the many options for coffee pods, and the electric blackout shades. Very clean!! I didn't love the bed-- it was too soft for me. I also didn't love that our room was on the ground floor, with our door IN the lobby. Anytime someone entered or exited the building, it was steps from our door. Thankfully the sound barrier was pretty good, but next time I would hope for a room up the elevator. Overall, if you like a soft bed, this place is FANTASTIC. Personally, I'll look elsewhere just because of the bed, but I'll be sad I'm not at 121 Hotel!

For a hotel with no front desk or onsite staff, it felt like a well oiled machine. Spacious room, everything was clean upon check-in, entry was easy and communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and at a very good location. We were there for the Parthenon, so only a 2-minute walk. Timothy was very kind & helpful when I reached out to customer service. I will definitely stay here again the next time i visit Nashville!

Rooms were large and clean. Main bed was large and very comfortable. The couch pull out not so much. Water and ice with ease. Very nice overall. A few more parking spots would be amazing, although parking in Nashville is bad overall. A fitness center would also help for extended stays

The stay was excellent. The only issue we had was trying to get in the first time. We never received an email for us to sign the agreement which would give us the code to get in. After talking to the right person, he was helpful and we got things squared away.

What an AWESOME location and experience. The property was so clean and the Jurny app added an amazing, contactless process. If this is the future. I was able to walk for all meals and felt safe during all hours of the day. Kudos to everyone involved here. Housekeeping added a nice touch, a door sticker confirming the handle and lock had been sanitized, which was nice. See you next time!

The staff are brilliant, there is albeit no outlook our room had, the walls are paper thin, every night we got disturbed when people came in through the front door The parking outside has just 7 spots when that gets full, off street parking is your option and there are some good ones but not on premises
