Great beds and bedrooms. White noise machines in each room was a nice perk. Across the street from 2 retro arcade/pinball places, a hip speakeasy, & a top rated hot chicken food truck (spicy!). Also, a quick walk to some cool places to eat. Less than 10 min to drive everywhere we wanted to get to, including Broadway.
Although we were sceptical on availability of free street parking, we found a spot in front of oir place nearly every time, day or night (and that was during Spring Break).
My suggestions to improve future guests' experience would be:
● Put the king bed in the room with the master bathroom, and the queen in the other room with the smaller bathroom.
● Increase the hot water capacity bc there wasn't enough hot water for 2 people to shower 1 after the other. There was a total of maybe 30 min of hot water before it went luke warm.
