The room was spacious and the utilities were efficient and helpful. Decent view and great natural lighting. Ample parking and the staff was helpful. Bummer the train is so close and the bar and restaurant weren’t open yet. Would definitely stay here again if circumstances called for it!

Staff was friendly. Hotel is in transition for a few months and pretty empty. Decor is modern concrete, so a colder feel. Perfect for a one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I was a little concerned to see how close it was to the train tracks when we arrived, but was pleasantly surprised that noise was not an issue. Walking distance to several fun bars/breweries and not too far from the stadium.

Loved the big room equipped with much more than I needed for a 1 night stay. Loved that there was a scooter downstairs that I took to Broadway. Loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the soccer park and that there was an excellent bar just across the train tracks!

Th room was very clean. But the AC did not work. We went to the front desk about it and they said it was slow to cool down but it would, it never cooled down, they did nothing to accommodate us on this situation and when I called the number they gave me to reach the front desk I was forced to leave a voicemail and was never called back.

Apartment was great, loads of space, really nice and clean. Reception is a bit of a mess, shop is barely half stocked and bar and restaurant is permanently closed but there are some lovely bars and restaurants across the railway track

We arrived and they had sold the room we booked, so they put us in a smaller room with shared kitchen, fine, we didn’t care. We came to the hotel because we had no power ad we were a part of the horrific winter ice storm in Nashville. Unfortunately our room didn’t get above 61 degrees. We called, they came and said they would return in 15 minutes. They never came back. We checked out this morning and when I complained, the manager basically yelled at me when I asked if there was anything they could do. We will never go back to such a poorly rundown place! We felt like we were kicked while down!

Clean room and close to Geodis stadium, which was great for the concert we attanded. But parking is practically non- existent. We almost didn't check in because we couldn't find a space- but as we were deciding, someone left. Then had to very carefully back into a very narrow space. The next morning we were blocked in by a car that parked on the driveway behind us. Don't think I'd risk another reservation here because of the parking situation.

The reason I’m was clean but super shabby, rug had holes and concrete floor super cold The thermostat wouldn’t go above 70 degrees and defaulted to 68 Door lock codes were finicky snd took me usually 3-4 times to get in my room There was a strange noise like a heater or boiler that was nonstop but drowned out the train noise TV didn’t have cable and only Apple TV that was hard to set up No outside signage of the hotel

We arrived only to discover I had never noticed an email which was supposed to give us access. No answer on their phone line, no check in desk, a biker bar and a crack den across the street. Called again and told them I was canceling because my wife felt completely unsafe, only time I've done that in 67 years. The parking lot looked like a staging area for a chop shop.

Bed was super uncomfortable. The nice bar that is show in the pictures is NOT open. The only reason we stayed at the hotel was it was only a weekend and it was local to coffee shops and restaurants near by that were walking distance. We only stayed here at nights. The hotel also gives you a 6 digit code to use when you get in the elevator to get your floor. And you use it to access the doors that lead to your room. We used it about 4 times just to get from lobby to our room! Parking you pay for just fyi and it’s a small parking lot. The kitchen portion is not located in the rooms. It’s a community kitchen and seemed to be stocked with basic items such as cups and mugs and such. There is a train track right beside it!!!! While we were sleeping we never heard it but just know it’s right there!!! Overall wouldn’t go back honestly.

Even though there was no working aircon, we had a good stay. The rooms were clean, kitchen fully equipped, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, probably need a new mattress, overall experience was good, front desk staff was excellent.
