"The room was clean and exactly what was quoted. The location is perfect for downtown and uptown. The light rail is only two blocks away which makes for an easy time traveling without a car rental. "

"Horrible, had to get evacuated and no one from the hotel communicated with me. Also was booked for two nights was told they would pay the stay at a different hotel and when I was checking out was told they would only pay for one night. Had the nerve to say that was communicated with me, it never was. I don’t like being lied to, will never stay there again "
