「Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.」

Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, and I highly recommend the omelette. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!」

The owner lives on site, met me within two minutes of my arrival, and then gave me a brief and complete rundown of the property and the surrounding area highlights.
