「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...
