This is an older hotel and needs to be refurbished. There were small items of trash in the floor of our room. The bathtub was very discolored from age and use. The carpet needs replacement. The bed was comfortable and the check in staff was extremely nice and helpful with recommendations about the area.

Good breakfast variety. Pool area very nice and clean. Overall nice facility and convenient to town and Royal Gorge area. We were there 4 nights and no one cleaned the room, took the trash, or left clean towels the whole time we were there. We had to ask the housekeeper in the hallway for fresh towels, more TP, etc. Took out our own trash.

It was a great place to stay. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The sauna and hot tub were a plus. Although the tub jets were a little strong, they kept splashing water up instead of in the water. Loved it and would recommend. Great value.

Great room for the price! Dog friendly hotel room, which was great for our little anxious doggie. Included a mini fridge for her food… so helpful! The hotel is Right off the main drag so it was easy to access. Shares a parking lot with IHOP and Chilis which made getting dinner very easy. Delicious free breakfast in the morning and a more than reasonable checkout time of 11am. The staff was the icing on the cake… everyone was so friendly and accommodating. If I’m down in that area again, this is where we will stay!
