We stayed at Villa Motel while visiting the Manitou Springs area and found it to be a wonderful place to stay, especially with its convenient location near Pikes Peak. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and included a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We weren't sure if a refrigerator would be included, so that was a pleasant surprise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the motel was nice and quiet, making for a great night's sleep. In the morning, they offered a simple grab-and-go continental breakfast, which was perfect for us. We grabbed orange juice and muffins before heading up Pikes Peak, and it was exactly what we needed. The motel is also just a short walk from downtown Manitou Springs, where you'll find plenty of charming shops and restaurants. We only wish we had more time to explore the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Villa Motel. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the location- walking distance to the shops and diners in Manitou Springs. The rooms were very spacious! The kids loved the pool, it was nice and clean. We could see the Manitou Incline from the pool. We felt like we were in a magical valley surrounded by the mountains. The only trouble we had was the provided hair conditioner on the shower wall did not dispense, even after staff tried to fix it.

Disappointing stay. Did not feel it was worth the price. The duvet (in between 2 sheets) was filthy and the pillows were very dingy and old. Pool was closed for maintenance and is right next to the road. Seemed to be clean otherwise, staff were friendly and is very walkable.
