"The room we were in was noisy because it was by the ice machine and next to the elevators. I'm not sure what was going on but it sounded like several people were filling thier coolers. The balcony was nice. The free parking was great. The included breakfast was awesome. The dress code for the roof top dining was off-putting. We were on vacation so we did not pack the required attire nor did we want to wear long pants in that type of heat. The obsene cost of the restaurant also made it uninviting so it was necessary for us to go off-site for our evening dining. Overall the hotel served its purpose but we didn't find it to be anything extravagant. "

"Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend. "We spent a night here before a cruise and were very happy with the location, amenities and staff. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink in the bar, the complimentary breakfast buffet and the lovely pool/patio. The hotel is within a 10-15 minute walk of Pueblo supermarket and several restaurants, including Longhorn Steakhouse and Olive Garden. We could see our ship/the Pan American port from our room - within walking distance, but not with a lot of cruise luggage, so we opted for a quick Uber drive."

"Property was in a good location for us to be able to go just from the airport to the hotel to the cruise ship the next day. The biggest issue was the room and the amenities of the room and the bed coverings. We only had two pillows per bed we asked for more. They said they didn’t have any. then we realized they didn’t even put top sheets on the bed. There was no duvet. We had one thin blanket on each bed. It was beyond ridiculous. "

"This was a great place to stay you were walking distance to almost everything and if you had to Uber anywhere the fees were not high. Our view was perfect. With able to use the Amenities at the sister hotel was perfect. Our trip was wonderful. "

"Pool nice. Buffet breakfast excellent. Rooms very clean and nice. Grounds and Consecha restaurant outside area needs an upgrade. Birds are a major nuisance while you’re eating. Check in was slow. All staff very pleasant. "
