LOVE this condo and the amenities of APB.... just needs a little attention to detail. 」

「I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything...

「It was good but there are some things I want to let you know. We changed the battery of fire alarm as it was beeping. Also we found some cockroaches in the kitchen. 」

「The condo was everything we needed for our Spring Break trip. We enjoyed our ocean view and access to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area was quiet this time of year. We enjoyed walks along the Ft Macon beach and near by excursions to Cape Lookout and other seaside nature reserves. The amenities on property we fun for our kids. 」

「My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?」

「The property is a good location to access the beach. We enjoyed the view from the screened in porch and master bedroom balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the Aquarium and the shopping center on Fort Macon Drive. The downside of our rental was the closet with beach chairs and workout room were inaccessible. There were no condiments in the refrigerator. The last VRBO beach house we rented was well stocked in the kitchen....

「This property has a great location. You can walk to the restaurant shops and ferries all within a few blocks. The view is amazing. You can see boats going up and down the water away. Horses on the island across the waterway the property does have a lot of steps to get into it. the parking is around back off of Craven Street. but it’s a big plus having a parking space.」

「The Views are great from both sides of the unit. it is really roomy for a condo. Prents are 87 and 84 and used to own some property jut up the beach and we have vacationed here for years. Only negatives were it was not really handicapped which has nothing to do with this place..that was on me.. As for check in there were plenty of emails and follow up but must hit "#" before the elevator code. And bring most anything you want in terms of salt/pepper, etc that you might find in other...

「We have always loved staying at APATB. This is the first time renting from a rental company vs. private owner and you could tell the differences. This unit was as described, but lacked the “extras”. We did not have adequate items to clean dishes/wipe down counters and the unit could use an overall deep cleaning. 」

「The condo is just as pictured. It was perfect for our family trip. The view from the balcony is beautiful and right next to a pool. We loved that the condo is right next to Fort Macon State Park. We spent a day there exploring the Fort and beaches. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「This property had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and updated with all the accessories and appliances you need to cook. The covered porch was where we all enjoyed hanging out. Friendly community and owner was so kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「The villa was very nice, it was a long way to beach access. No water view. The whole compound was pretty empty which you’d probably expect on weekdays before prime vacation season. The office manager is very kind and went above and beyond for us. 」
