「We only stayed 1 night during our vacation. i had read some of the comments about the moldy smells and actual mold in the lower rooms. I was therefore disappointed to see that's what we had. . We had 2 rooms for our group, and one rom smelled a bit like a locker room, and the other had mold on ceiling in bathroom. The beds were comfy, a/c worked well and all else good. saw the de-humidifiers in the hallway. Restaurant wasnt open when we arrived.」

「The rooms and service were great, and whenever we had any issue, someone came right away to make it right. Parking was very convenient and close to our accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and it was very helpful to have a fridge in the room. Over all, a very nice place to stay, close to the many things to see and do in this busy community. Very attractive grounds and friendly staff.」

「The only negative I can say, is that the dining room is in another building and it was pouring with rain when we needed to go for breakfast. The property does have quite steep inclines to walk to the dining room.
If you are a senior or have mobility concerns make sure to ask for a ground floor room.
Other than that, it was great.」

「深夜着のフライトからチェックインしましたが、気持ちよく迎えてくれました。
朝食はサーブが遅いという口コミを見て心配していましたが、10分かからずにサーブされたので問題なし。
部屋もリフォームをしたのか大変きれいでした。
温かみのあるスタッフが多く、またシドニーに行く時は利用させてもらいます」

「When checking in we realized that we would be on the second floor. With knee issues it was a concern and there is no elevator. The manager kindly took one of our large suitcases to our room.
Carpeting in the corridors and on the stairs is old and dirty and had not been vacuumed.
Reception and rooms have been upgraded and were clean.
We had an issue with the tub draining slow and maintenance resolved the problem immediately.
Definitely would stay there again in a ground floor room.

「The location & grounds were beautiful...top notch. Bed very comfortable, but carpet & room were dated. However it was clean & staff were excellent & the burger was EXCEPTIONAL at the restaurant. We would definitely stay there again & would recommend.」
