キャニオン ランチ エステーツ ホテル

「The outlet is loose and difficult to use. The water pressure in the shower is very weak.」

「Great staff. Great experience.」

「This is a very large property therefore you may arrive to find you have the whole place to yourself or it could be filled with convention and/or large parties. Since it is a large property be prepared to possibly be staying a long walk from amenities. The staff in the bar, restaurant, valet, and front desk were very helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, we stayed 5 nights and only had hot water one of those. Shower and faucet produced ice cold water only, in spite of several trips to the front desk. ...

「Property was beautiful and very well maintained. Room was spacious n clean. Casino was very clean and good selection of games. Only draw back was parking. We pulled into the valet area and waited. No one ever came to take our vehicle. We learned from hotel staff that there was no valet service that day. A sign advising that, would have been nice. The reason this was important is because I'm disabled and we always use the valet service. All in all a wonderful place.」

「The only thing that was misleading was the fact that we were booking a room at the Lodge and not the Hotel. However, the room at the Lodge was spacious & well appointed. The staff was exceedingly attentive & helpful. We will definitely stay there again when in Tucson.」

「I spent a really good time at the hotel and the location was perfect!」

「I asked to not be put in the basement. I was still put on the ground floor in a room that was cut up and the bathroom was not full size. Just because it is remodeled doesn’t make all rooms nice.」
