The staff was Great!! Very helpful. Should have security walking around parking lot at night. We had at least 3-5 laughing and screaming in the parking lot from 1AM-3:30. Should may have been asked do you want a room on first level because you have to walk to elevator since other is shut down. Did not live up the the Sheraton name. Even around the pool and dim lighting inside the rooms. Not a go back for me.

One of the best stays in a long time. Good bed, convienences like the “ Glowabar” and breakfast were awesome. Definitely stay here again.

I liked it was walking distance to IHop .than that I don't have anything to talk about bad about the property , everything was great especially the pool and the hot tub.

Room convenient to Tucson Medical Center, with shuttle available. Helpful staff. Only complaint was the room location, right next to elevator which was quite noisy.

The rooms need renovation, the rugs are aging, the curtains in the bedroom are old and and do not close all the way. A microwave in the room would be nice . The staff was very helpful and friendly, our breakfast was ok. Checking in and out was easy.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great stay. The breakfast was great and had many options. The complex was quiet and clean. There is plenty of food and grocery store option within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.
