"We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people."

Dave and Terry are great hosts. made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the property and our stay. We will be going back again. t least once a year to regenerate our souls. :}"

Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable."
