Contudo, para o que o hotel cobra e para o que se propõe, vejo e necessidade de melhorias importantes. Os quartos, a área das piscinas, as instalações dos restaurantes não estão à altura de um hotel de luxo."

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "Foi o único lugar que encontramos para dormir próximo à rodovia. O valor da diária foi bem alto acredito que por ser férias e por ter vários hóspedes de um casamento. O quarto era bem grande, com dois dormitórios, banheiro e sala. Mas o acesso era bem difícil através de escada caracol.
