「This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. 「Absolutely amazing stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony was definitely the highlight, especially having a private jacuzzi. It made the whole experience feel extra special and relaxing. The staff was amazing as well, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and plenty of things nearby. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. 「WOW. Firstly, yes there are 183 steps to the property but the first 107 are straight up and then everything after that is a couple steps with landings and short walks inbetween. There’s also a hill to the stairs BUT they have free luggage service that they provide to help you get your suitcases up to the villa.
