カンブリアの家族向けホテル

「I really wanted to love this place. The location is absolutely awesome - so many amazing restaurants within a 5 minute stroll and easy parking. Two bedrooms with three real beds without spending an arm and a leg. Super friendly staff on arrival who showed me around. Tasty free welcome beverages. The room looked clean at first, and I was ready to give 5 out of 5 stars. Then I started to notice things - the single bathroom is through the second bedroom, so late night bathroom trips by...

「Enjoyed a lot」

「Amazing as allways!!」

「While a ground-floor, oceanside room almost made up for the rest of our stay, it couldn't fully save the experience. The evening front desk agent was disappointing. She couldn't be bothered with questions and seemed completely preoccupied with her computer. After being repeatedly locked out of my room, I had to see her again the following night. 「Hopefully all you want is a bed and a television because there is nothing else in these rooms. No coffee maker no refrigerator no microwave the back on the remote control for the television is missing. The bent in the bathroom does not work. There’s no toilet paper holder, no Kleenex, and one picture on the wall inside the room. Come on guys you can do better than this! Invest a little more and be your hotel and make some basic amenities available for your guests.」

「Will definitely stay there agin. Very good!」

「Helpful and friendly staff, always ready to adress any inquiry you have, the room was big and well illuminated, there was an small foul smell in the room but it went away after opening all the windows, they where preparing all the Christmas features but the skeletons in the lobby keep me feeling like Halloween, overall a great place to stay and I'll be coming back again.」

「The property was beautifully landscaped. Loved having a balcony to look out at the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「これが朝食？という感じでした。」

「Very clean and comfortable.」

「ロケーションが最高。」

「We didn’t experience the breakfast. I honestly didn’t know about it. Also wish the pool was open past 9. Room and bed very nice and comfy. Nice being near the water as well. Would stay again」
