「Hotel nuovo, confortevole e con un bel panorama . Ristorante buono e massima libertà per la nostra cagnolina, ben accetta ovunque. Tuttavia, a fronte di un supplemento di 15€ a notte (anche fuori stagione), mi sarei aspettata almeno una ciotola in camera o un piccolo segno di benvenuto. 「Loved our stay here. Such a cute villa with modern amenities but lots of historic charm. The included breakfast was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Not too long of a walk from the train station or town center.」

Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como.」

「Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. 「Fresh home cooked breakfast. Amazing welcome and friendly staff. Lucia and Luca were very attentive. Large suite with a patio. 2 minutes walk to the station and they have parking on site. Lots of eating options in the town. We will definitely stay again next time visiting the Lakes. 」

「Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
