「I only stayed one night but I was very happy with the hotel.」

「We were not told there would be a wedding in progress so the music was quite loud until 11pm. There was no option for early takeaway breakfast at 8am, and no option for room only. The restaurant still set up for wedding, with chairs stacked up.The female staff in the restaurant were very nice and the food excellent, something a bit different. Our shower head kept falling down & the toilet flush handle broken. The room was spotlessly clean.」

「Lovely stay」

「The hotel looks spectacular when you arrive. On check-in the staff were polite, seemed a little fed up everyday thereafter. The restaurant is something that should be avoided at all costs unless you like eating uninspiring, bland overpriced food (£60 for 2 people and I would have expected something that looked and tasted like some heart had gone into it). Best option was the pub at the end of the drive or a takeaway!! Breakfast was free - that was nice because I would not have paid for it! We...

「On first arriving to this hotel all seemed well, staff member was polite, explained all we needed to know and helped us to our room, once in the room we noticed that it needed to be maintained better as there was cracked tiles in the bathroom, frayed carpet areas, paint chips and marks on the doors. The furniture such as the dressing table is bubbled up and the tv remote was dirty also. The bed was very hard and left me with a very painful back, the pillows were flat and so had to fold them to...

「We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...

「Everything was great! Thank you! 😁」

「Had a great stay, room 1 was fantastic. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and a sofa was a bonus. Great bath, one thing to note may be the addition of a shower curtain, we managed to soak the floor every time we used it. Water and orange juice was a nice touch and filtered coffee was tasty. We did feel the stairs were very deep and the additional of another hand rail may be something to consider. Lovely dark room and we slept so well. Breakfast was great, nice to see all local and home grown...
