「The staff were great. The place was modern and very clean. For being so new I expected a closet and an iron, which the room did not have. I made due. I also expected housekeeping for being there three nights. I saw nothing about no housekeeping. I saw a sign about reusing towels, which we did. On the last day I had to go down to request more toilet paper. The hot water is a problem. I love the green initiative but having to let the water run for 10 minutes to get warm water and have it on full...

「Clean, friendly reception & good location if you are going Ada. Great looking hotel with functional downsides. The flooring, doors & lobby area restaurant are quite loud unfortunately. Seemed to be no soundproofing between rooms. Earplugs may be helpful. Only slow EV chargers so pack your patience & plan accordingly for those who need that.」

「I was very disappointed with this hotel. I wanted to stay somewhere particularly nice for a special getaway. The room was very plain with nothing really standing out. I could have been at the Hampton. I don't think there was even a room refrigerator. The walls and wallpaper were worn and torn. Our small balcony was filthy. Literally filthy. Two small chairs had pillows that looked like they sat outside at a cabin in the woods for a whole summer. Covered with dead bugs and spider webs....

「The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night.」

「This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

「Do not stay here! I took my daughter to Grand Rapids for a music festival. We booked this place for two nights. It was the only hotel in the downtown area for less than $300. That should have been my first clue. Knowing I booked the cheaper hotel I expected things to be a little older. That was an understatement. We were on the sixth floor. The elevators were sketchy but I really didn’t want to walk up six flights. Now I wish I would have. I got stuck in the elevator with my 12 year old...
