「Our stay was pleasant overall. The property itself was a bit dated, which was exactly as shown in the booking photos, so there were no surprises there. We appreciated the incredibly easy check-in and check-out process, and the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, which is always a top priority. My only wish would be for a coffee maker in the room for added convenience, but otherwise, we had a comfortable experience.」

「Enjoyed having a separate bedroom, traveling with kids. I had to call a number of times in order to secure late check in. Would like self check in service to be more available and easy especially since the desk closes at 9 pm. Clean property. 」

"I booked this place to attend my son’s graduation ceremony at UBC. It was nice to explore the beautiful campus. Lines and towels are provided and a hair dryer is available if there’s a spare. Refrigerator is not in the room, so cold food/drink can’t be maintained. "
