「The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!」

「Sillwood was an ideal ‘fit’ for our family of five adults 5 children. The layout and spacious areas leant to each individual being able to find their own space; as well as on occasions choosing to come together. The house was clean and very well equipped. The location excellent, being minutes from the beach and likewise from a shopping area. Tania was responsive to all our needs. We would choose to stay here again. 」

「Property was very clean and tidy, with kitchen all in good working order. Hosts quick to reply to any queries, and the property/local area handbook very helpful. Games room and hot tub were great for any down time at the house, and only a 10-15 min drive down to the centre of Brighton.」

「The house is tastefully furnished, in immaculate condition and comes with all commodities one can think of.Great view, cozy garden, well connected to Brighton although Rottingdean offers a wide choice of cozy pubs too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to our nice landlady for renting her place out to us.」

「Had a girlie weekend away for my daughters 16th, 4 teenagers and 4 adults.The house was perfectly situated right next to beach and shopping so perfect for us. Easy access from Train station, and for those who drive the carpark.House was absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, its a bit of a tardis as bigger inside than it looks. Light and airy throughout, its a great place to stay and I will definitely be booking again. Nicola made it really easy from booking to us departing....

「We stayed here for my hen do. All I can say is that it was amazing! Everyone loved it, it was so clean, the beds were SO comfy! We had towels left for us. The layout was lovely, none of us could fault it. If I was coming back to Brighton with a large group again, I would definitely see if this was available. I’ve already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay If I had to suggest one tiny thing, I would be a new shower head in the big bathroom, but it didn’t change my opinion...

「This house was cute, clean and well equipped with amenities. Many details were well thought out. I appreciated the well designed little kitchen with its nice quality appliances. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. We were able to walk to the fun vintage shops in a few minutes and the beach is also easily within walking distance. 「A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them.
