The location and room were spectacular. However, it was missing some finishing touches. There were no bottle openers for the in room minibar. Ice delivery took quite a long time and other times it never even happened.

Went to Sugar, the rooftop bar at the East Hotel that was an exciting experience with views that are incredible. At 43 stories high, the view is one of if not the best views in Miami.
