「Third time staying at this location. This unit didn't seem as clean as the previous two but wasn't terrible be any means. We did have an issue with ants on the backsplash in the kitchen area. I called the front desk and someone came and sprayed and put out some traps which looked like fixed the problem. They were very quick to respond. Only issue I have with check in at this resort is you have to get a parking pass from the timeshare sales people who try to get you to book a presentation with...

「We were there in April and the price was amazing for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It had a living room and full kitchen and washer and dryer. You have to wash your own towels if you want clean ones ... Which we did. One bedroom had a ceiling fan and one didn't. It would have been nice to have a fan in both rooms. It was gated and a very safe area. Highly recommend!!」

「well, we checked in late the first night and then I was told to just come down whenever I woke up to get the key and we ended up getting locked out of our room and I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the lady at Oiva, which is the company who runs the hotel could not get a hold of anyone to give me our keys so we had to spend one night in our car which they refunded us a night for that but then they charge me twice which our state has been over now and I still haven't received...

「When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't...

「Very clean room and friendly staff. The views from the room were beautiful, and the resort was central to a lot of activities, dining, and shopping. We had a stacked schedule, so we unfortunately weren’t able to make it to any of the activities, but we were very impressed by the selection of things to do on property. Overall we had a very comfortable and super quiet stay. 」

「Too early for pool. Not that busy. They put kids above me who ran up and down still past 12 midnight. I had a fishing trip at 6am. No sleep. Left early due to noise above us. Just a sorry and no trying to change our mind or accommodate usbfor future stays. 」

「This was one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. VERY CLEAN! Close to the landing and everything else! We were in Branson for the State Archery Tournament and it was very easy to get to the convention center for there. The only thing was my son pulled out the couch to see if he wanted to sleep there and there were a little bit of crumbs in the crease of the couch.」
