There is not enough parking in front of buildings 1-3. The hot water would run out before we could all get a shower, we adjusted to a schedule so everyone could have hot water. The room had enough space for our large family of 7 with a two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The room was very clean. The beds were comfy. In all, we would stay here again.

Loved it.Plenty of room to move around.

Not sure about eco-friendly as didn't see separate places for recycle etc. Lovely place. 4/5 people loved it and the person who booked it , yours truly, last minute, firgot a few things. lol I'm having knee surgery soon abd didn't think about that so on 2nd floor and closest elevator is 4 buildings down. Buildings are connected so ut is doable,just inconvenient. Parking is poor. Find a close spot and don't move. Outdoor pool close but have to drive close to a mile to their nice indoor pool. Beds comfy, 3 TVs so no arguing, could cook for picky child and washer/dryer so didnt have to take wet things with us.A few games for them which was nice. Stayed in Bldg 1 unit 6.You do have to take your trash out and they ask you start dishwasher with any dirty dishes when you leave.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. It was quiet overall but walks & floors are thin so you will hear your neighbors.

A Great Stay

The water pressure was bad where we stayed. The sink and tub was filling up with water and not draining well at all. Then on the deck they had a shade which was broken off and laying on the deck. And the recliner was not working well at all. And one night we could not find any parking at all. We had to park on the other side of another building and walk to our building.

The staff went above and beyond in finding us an option for 4 grandkids who wanted to swim and the resort pool was temporarily unavailable due to repairs. Thank you for making our trip much more enjoyable!!!

Ceiling walls are too thin. There is a Karen in the building and she is an owner. Would not stay here again. Could here people above very easily

Stained carpet, whole condo smelled like dirty feet, ceiling was falling in master suite, tub was filthy and no instructions to check in or any information from facility. Worst stay ever.

This is the worst experience we have ever had. Construction on building started every morning at 7:30am. The carpet was disgusting. The place smelled of pets. The pull out couch was broken, so my kids had to sleep on the floor. This was a bottom unit. You could hear everything from up above. The kids above us woke up at 6:30 every morning and ran back and forth across the condo. The jacuzzi tub spit out debris when turned on. We rented another unit and when we arrived it was unavailable so we got stuck in the nasty unit. I want my money back. Went on vacation to relax, and got woke up every morning early. We will never book through Expedia again if I don’t get refunded. It’s Ridiculous that they even rent that condo out. Nasty!!!

The check in was smooth with no problems. The unit needs updated. The train hide a bed needs replaced badly suppose to be 5oo pls sq. Ft. But didn't seem that. Cable tv but couldn't get it to work no directions. I could have called office but I didn't because we didn't think we would watch it anyway. Able to get tickets to shows at good giscount thru office

Staff was great and very friendly. Property is old and outdated - a timeshare property in an Airbnb world I guess. The reason I won’t go back is because we put our 10 month old down in the living room to crawl around. 5 minutes later, her hands and knees were filthy like she had been crawling in the dirt. I showed the photo at checkout and got an “Oooh… okay thank you.” Not sure if they will do anything about it but that’s why I won’t be going back. After that, everything felt nasty.

The unit was not what was advertised. We rented this place for 2 but there weren’t even 2 chairs at the table so we weren’t able to eat together or have our coffee together because we were only given 1 coffee cup. I did go to the office to ask for these things so they sent someone over with extra plates and silverware which we did not need. The lady at the office was apologetic and offered me a $20 voucher for the hotel restaurant for the inconvenience but I would have preferred to have had the comfort I expected from the resort.

The place was nice and clean, however, the TV was very small, the DVD player didn’t work, the air conditioner was loud and one of the control buttons didn’t work. The insulation to the room above us was not very good, we could hear every footstep and every bed squeak which kept us from getting a good nights sleep
