「Too early for pool. Not that busy. They put kids above me who ran up and down still past 12 midnight. I had a fishing trip at 6am. No sleep. Left early due to noise above us. Just a sorry and no trying to change our mind or accommodate usbfor future stays. 」

「Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. 」

「Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken,
Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!」

「Third time staying at this location. This unit didn't seem as clean as the previous two but wasn't terrible be any means. We did have an issue with ants on the backsplash in the kitchen area. I called the front desk and someone came and sprayed and put out some traps which looked like fixed the problem. They were very quick to respond. Only issue I have with check in at this resort is you have to get a parking pass from the timeshare sales people who try to get you to book a presentation with...
