Very impressed with the cleanliness! The view of the lake was beautiful. Customer service was out of the world amazing! Phillip went out of his way to make sure our stay was more than comfortable with his excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stayagain.

The room is massive and the views are incredible. Unfortunately, floors not vacuumed. Dead bugs on the kitchen tile. Bathroom grout very dirty. Furniture damaged and sofa sags terribly. Patio could be amazing however due to light fixtures with broken glass, rusty spindles on the balcony that got on my cleans, spiders and webs everywhere, weeds growing in the cracks and on and on and on. It’s very evident that this property has a great deal of deferred maintenance making some items a liability. Also when I looked in the guest bedroom that we did not use there was a bikini and 1 slipper left from previous guests. The GM did meet us in the room however we did not accept his offer of 25% to return again. He stated this was what the owners felt was fair. We had an amazing stay - the entire staff was wonderful. I thought we were going to have a problem when we walked into our room and it was a sultry 83 degrees. The a/c was off and it was a warm, humid day. We turned the a/c on and cranked it down and then went to explore the propoerty, including eating at the onsite restaurant - which was amazing! The views are beautiful - the pool was still open (too cold to swim though being October), and I loved that they offered kayaks for us to use (couldn't talk my husband into it though lol). By the time we were back to our room, the temp was down to 75 and by sunset, it was a comfortable 72. The rooms were nice but you could tell it is a little older and could use some updates. There were a ton of spiders around, which the hotel is kind of in nature, so it didn't bother me so much but you would think they would spray right around the hotel to keep them from coming into the rooms or on the balcony. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will stay again in the future when we are kid free :)!

I enjoyed location and deck overlooking the water. The Hotel itself was run down and door frame going to deck looked like it leaked at one time and stained the carpet. Swimming pool was ice cold and kayaks were of very poor quality.

We stayed here when we went to a concert at Thunder ridge, its close enough to drive to or to uber to and from(schedule you rode back asap, it was ridiculous coming out of that venue). We would stay here again if we come for another concert.

We will definitely be back here. I would highly suggest this place for anniversaries or birthdays. The rooms are very spacious. The whole place was clean. The pool outdoor dining area are fantastic. Towels are provided. Kayaks are provided with life vests. The staff at the bar was friendly and knowledgeable. It is close enough to Big Cedar to enjoy their restaurants also.

The staff was fantastic. However, the conditions of the property are poor. There were spiders all over the balcony. The pool had worms in it. You can tell the staff are overworked and understaffed. The pool bar is not open because there is no one to work it. The staff still remained friendly though and were great considering the conditions.
