「A very old historic hotel. Has the oldest elevator in VT. Charming. Nice gardens. Guest can not use elevator and all rooms are upstairs. so if you have any mobility issues its a problem. 」
「Recently renovated cabins with all brand new modern amenities. Infrared Saunas, Outdoor Hot Tubs, Firepits, and a separate house with gym... Alot of new things being built (inground pool, bar area, restaurant) I will definitely be back up in the future to see the growth. The new ownership is truly capitalizing on this gorgeous property.」

「Beautiful area, outside of facility looks dated, but that’s not realistic to change. Inside has had a nice update. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an inconsiderate and noisy person upstairs over us, just a matter of who is there. We would surely stay here again.」
「This is a great place to stay overnight or for several days! The rooms are nicely designed, and the fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch when thinking ahead to fall/winter. The highlight of the property is the multiple fire pits and seating areas down along the river. It was beautiful down there, and spending the evening along the river was exactly what I had hoped for. I will be staying again! 」

「The room was very clean and quite and comfortable bed. The interior was very clean. My door to the courtyard had a broken handle and an exterior entrance had a broken lock.
Grass in courtyard and around the exterior of the hotel needed trimming. Very reasonable price.」
「Very deceiving when pulling up. Wasn’t sure I was at the right place. Once we looked around, very nice. Room was awesome with working fireplace , large comfortable room. Nice barn door on large bathroom. Great place. Wish it had a restaurant with full breakfast and dinner. 」
