We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the place although there definitely was some wear and tear but I would not say it hindered our experience. "Location on the water was exactly what we needed so we didn't have to rent a car or find parking. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the reserved chairs on the beach that are included are what really makes it special! Apartment is a part of the W hotel so the service is top notch. Plenty of space in the apartment for us three girls to eat, visit, and sleep. Management is very responsive and kept up with us throughout the weekend. We will definitely come again! "
