"My room had a musty, mouldy smell - not sure where from as could not see any mould anywhere. But could distinctly feel it every time entering the room. Otherwise, all fine. Staff not very communicative or particularly friendly, but ok if needing to answer questions."

"Room is clean and well renovated. Public transport are convenience where train station exit are just in front of the hotel entrance. Will stay again for next visit. "

"Beautiful large room. Excellent staff in the Horizon Lounge. Great service in Li Bai and the lobby lounge. The international buffet at the Cafe was a bit of a bun fight with the locals, although the food itself was good. "

"Room was clean and staff were friendly however the toliet and the shower had issues. The shower was slow to drain which resulted in standing in your filth and toilet looked like it wanted to back up everytime it flushed. Everything else was fine!"

"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "
