"Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the MRT station and a short walk to the airport train station. It is also right around the corner from a busy pedestrian shopping area with lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel is a Japanese chain, so many aspects of the hotel are Japanese including the bathroom layout (separate toilet from sink and bath) and lots of Japanese items at the breakfast buffet. If I had realized this beforehand I may have chosen a different hotel as I really wanted a ‘Taiwan’ experience and would have appreciated more local options for breakfast. The service was excellent, especially Louis who checked us in and provided us assistance throughout our stay. "

"One of the best breakfast buffet ever with a wide selection, quality ingredients and healthy options. Very convenient and steps away from Taipei Train station M3 exit as well as shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean room and facilities."

"Stayed here previously a few years ago and liked enough to stay again this trip. Spacious without feeling cramped but definitely need to take turns opening luggages when staying with friends (at least in the double and triple room). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was allowed to leave our luggage overnight since my friend & I were going to return after a one night stay in Jiufen. Love the additional bathrooms & showers on almost every guest floor; the shared spaces are pretty clean. On property washer & dryer are a big plus as well. Great location as it is right by Taipei Station (HSR, MRT, local trains, and long-distance buses) and near multiple other subway lines within walking distance."

"Pros: -location is excellent next to Taipei Main Stn which has lots of food stall and shops Cons: The room floor is made of wooden plank and creates loud creaking sound when you walk around the room. Room is not sound proof and you can hear the noise from next room as well as corridor noise. "
