"After having a bad experience at our previous hotel, we decided to book Solaria last minute for the last part of our trip so as to hopefully have a more comfortable and clean experience - we are SO glad we did! Solaria was by far the best stay we had on our month long trip (2 weeks in Japan and 2 weeks in Taiwan) we stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer - I would have stayed for a whole month! It was exceptionally clean in the entire hotel (lobby, laundry, rooms, etc), a warm and modern design, and we felt extremely safe staying here during the typhoon as well. Even on days we didn't get room cleaning service, they left extra towels and water at our door. The air conditioning worked great, and we loved the room layout...honestly there's nothing I could even pick to complain about. And even though it's right in Ximending which is a very busy area and can be chaotic, we felt so comfortable coming back to our hotel every night and felt very safe too. Would 10/10 recommend and definitely would stay here again."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at HOTEL COZZI Taipei Zhongxiao! The location is unbeatable—right next to the MRT, making it incredibly easy to explore Taipei. We were able to get to Taipei Main Station, Ximending, and many other attractions quickly and conveniently.
The room was spotless, modern, quiet, and very comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to relax. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated how peaceful the room was despite being in such a central location.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with outstanding service, I highly recommend HOTEL COZZI Taipei Zhongxiao. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Taipei!"
"Flight delayed due to typhoon so we stayed a night at the Regent, was nothing short of amazing. Large spacious clean rooms, and the amenities were stellar. The rooftop pool was closed so we missed seeing it, next time. If you think you know buffets, don’t miss checking out this one, it’s incredible. So glad we were able to experience the Regent!"
"Great hotel right by Zhongshan. The housekeeping team serving level 10 were extremely professional and I love that there was a water dispenser option, which promotes eco friendliness"
"Had a decent stay at this hotel. It is pretty close to Taipei Main Station, and as soon as you walk in, there's a self-check in terminal to get your room key. There's also a front desk if you'd prefer to check in at reception. The room itself was decent, had good a/c, and was clean. Breakfast was paid in advance and it was your standard Taiwan continental-style breakfast, complete with several different choices for bread, plus fruits and salad, as well. What I didn't enjoy was having to clean my own table and carry my tray to the other side of the room when I was finished eating. I'm a guest - not an employee, and this shouldn't a responsibility of the guest. Overall, I would consider staying here again simply for the location and price."
